They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me a ton of information about child safety and nutrition. I felt like they genuinely cared about my child's health. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

They won't be getting a recommendation from me. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. While waiting for my child's appointment to start I noticed my back started to hurt because they have the cheap plastic kind of chairs in the waiting room. the exam rooms arent any better they look dirty and cheap as well. Going back to pediatric associates ASAP!
