Yes everything was neat and sterile

I LOVE my doctor, he always calls my son by name right when he comes in the room (he doesn't have to look at the chart, or makes sure not to do it in front of me. :) ). The nurses are mostly friendly. I always feel like my issues are resolved by the end of the visit, or at the very least, my questions are always answered and improvement is on the way.
