I've never had to wait more then 10 minutes. They are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We're lucky their located in Tipton.

Terrible place, consistently wait for an hour or more after scheduled appointment time. Receptionist is very rude, will ignore you as long as she is on the phone, and only when no one else is on the line she will acknowledge your existence. I was first person in waiting room and alone in there for 30 minutes before the other two groups came in. I am also waiting with my 6 year old and 1 year old boys, for some reason they take other patients in before us even though we arrived first, was scheduled fitst, and an struggling to keep order with two bored kids sitting in the waiting room. This place sucks and does not care about their patients, just your insurance companies money.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
