This office was somewhat kid-friendly, they had a few kid's magazines and seemed to cater to children, but other than that it was like a basic office. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I don't know if they do more than metal braces, it was never discussed.

Very friendly.Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They offer discounts for families with multiple members needing treatment. Initial consultation is free, They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
