They paid close attention to my children and I, and all of our questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. We are very satisfied with the service we receive. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. They handled the orthodontia needs for both of my children; one who has completed her treatment, and the other who has only just begun.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I was impressed with their financing options. They were very flexible, and were willing to work with me and my insurance company. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They had before-and-after pictures displayed on the walls in the office so that everyone could see their past work.
