I have had this persistent cough and clearing of the throat for almost 2 years. In 2014, my family Dr. gave me prescriptions for nose sprays. Didn't phase my issue. OTC meds?? My cough laughed at them. I went to an allergist. I wasn't allergic to anything. I then went to 3 different ENT's. They all said the same thing "Nothing we can do, live with it". They were treating it as Post Nasal Drip.

In 2015, I have a cyst on my lip. Dr. Kubina was on my insurance list. I did not want to go back to the 3 from 2014. He removed the cyst. No problem. Very funny person. A couple of months later, I got to thinking... "why not go to Dr. Kubina for my coughing and throat clearing? I don't think he would be the type of Dr. that would say Nothing we can do, live with it". So off I went.

My wife and i were sitting in an exam room. He walks in, and immediately asks "Do you clear your throat a lot"?? YES!!!! "Do you consistently cough like there's something in your throat"?? YYYYYEEEEESSSSSSS!!!!! He then told me that I had Silent Reflux. He gave me a prescription for it, but it didn't even phase it. He then did a pH test on me. Ugh!!! I was in the Extremely Bad score!!!

Dr. Kubina then sent me to see a Gastro Dr. After 3 tests, he determined that it was Silent Reflux. In 9 days, I will be having surgery to correct this (Nissen Wrap).

Where 3 other Dr.'s failed (or were too lazy), Dr. Kubina's diagnosis was spot on, and lead the way to a fix.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud
