Dr. Kouri is always extremely professional and in touch with the latest developments in dentistry. He clearly truly cares about his patients, and you can tell he is passionate about what he does. He always takes particular care to make sure he isn't hurting you and does whatever he can to make you more comfortable. Even more than all that, I appreciate the fact that he is honest about what you need to have done and doesn't try to push anything you really don't need done and/or don't want to do. He is firm about work you do need and always has a very thorough and down-to-earth explanation for why it needs to be done. He is direct about the pros and cons of whatever he does and understands concerns about the costs involved. I've recommended Dr. Kouri to all of my friends and family, and those who've tried him have stayed with him.

Let's be clear, no one likes dental procedures....NO ONE! I am sorry to see someone direct their ignorance and fear of dental procedures towards a particular dentist. I am a Dental Hygienist and work closely with many dentists and hygienists in this area and have never heard a negative review regarding Dr. Zack Kouri. I would, and have recommended him to many people. Anyone who has concerns with their dental procedures should have the integrity to discuss them directly with their dentist.

Dr. Kouri and staff have always been nice and professional to work with. I have been going there for several years and they always go above and beyond to make a sometimes not so pleasant experience comfortable. The staff is always very welcoming and friendly with each visit. The are patient with my questions and are always going above and beyond to make things easy to understand. I "would" and "have" recommended Dr. Kouri to friends and family.

I recently moved to Des Moines from Minneapolis and have been to many dentists. Not one dentist I've been to, took the time to explain to me what was going on like Dr Kouri. He was very thorough and very friendly. Dr Kouri did a root canal for me and he did a great job making it comfortable experience. My six year old son is also a patient of Dr Kouri, and he is very good with children. The staff is also very welcoming and friendly. Dr Kouri will continue to be our family dentist and I do recommend him to all my friends.

He uses a small hammer and spike to remove temporary crowns. Now your tooth is very sensitive after been drilled on, and what makes it worse is that he acts like he enjoys you in pain.

When I heard from a few other dentists to avoid Kouri Zachary Dr DDS I knew that I should steer clear. Word around the office (after I went to him) was, well someone has to graduate last.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
