They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. Dr.Linc was not friendly and did not have P. R. skills. he was standoffish and rushed out after extraction and would not prescribe pain or antibiotic's. I have never had this type of doctor before. I was a dental technician in the United States Navy and you just don't treat people in this manner. I have been calling since monday August 15 2011 and no returned phone call yet! it is now August 17 2011 and my extraction wasAugust 12 2011. I would appreciate that this matter be adressed asap. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. It's very reassuring to know that they are recommended by other dentists. It gives me confidence that I'm going to a professional. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.
