I had them perform a bridge for a missing tooth. They tried to charge my insurance thousands over the agreed price and the bridge literally disappeared after 3 months. They wound up taking every dime of my insurance benefit cap which was over the agreed to price.

I agree with most of these reviews. Most of the staff were rude and un -receptive towards my concerns. They had asked if I smoked and I told them "yes but I was trying to quit" at that point they basically told me I was on my own. I felt that was very unprofessional, and left there feeling my initial $ 35.00 was a total waste of money.

I had a appointment this morning and i was short cash and they wouldnt see me and the reception was very rude and disrespectful towards me. So they wouldnt see me and I have a bad tooth thanks alot terry riley. you guys arent that good..

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. They were very rude and uneducated at the front desk. The dentist was great and the dental assistant was pretty nice once she understood what was going on and was then helpful. on the phone only one of the lady's was able to fix a blip in the system after many calls trying to explain my client was not a new patient because if you are a new patient you have to call once a month at 9 am. I wish they could have people at the front desk who are not burnt out and are a little more understanding and didn't just push you off like you are stupid because it makes everyone in a bad mood and we are all just trying to make it through the day especially when your dealing with the population they are they should really be kind and helpful we all have enough stress as it is I just wanted to make an appointment after we had to cancel due to snow.
