I was happy enough with the dentists and their assistants at this office but was very unhappy with the billing on my last visit and will not go back. Last month I was there for the exact same type of issue, different tooth, and when I questioned why this bill was $100 higher than the visit last month, the receptionist told me lies about why the bill was higher. I'm not one to make a scene, so after asking about it, and being told lies, I paid the bill and left, but will not be going back there. The feeling of being lied to and taken advantage of still makes me feel upset to think about. Lesson learned - ask the prices for what they will be doing before they do it so there are no surprises at the end. As it was my 3rd visit there I felt some trust and got comfortable and did not do that this time.
