I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me and rush me. The staff talk loudly abt personal issues. the last time i visited one nurse joked and called a coworker retardewhich is beyond unperfessional. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, since u have to sign in but they still didn't acknowledge me. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly the staff treated me.

Let me start by saying this is my opinion... I am not posting slander. I am relaying my experiences.
It is nothing to get there at 8 am with an 8:15 appointment and still be in the waiting room at noon, and finally get out when the clinic closes at 5. If you "know someone" inside the clinic you may be slipped in the back door so you don't have to wait. Or, don't bother making and appointment at all because those without appointments will be seen before the appointments are called. Do NOT make an appointment unless you have NOTHING to do and NOWHERE to be!
Secondly. I would like to state that Dr. WAN himself is a WONDERFUL DOCTOR. He is very caring about his patients and shows total respect for them. However.... The staff of the clinic is terrible! They are rude, argumentative, and hateful. The front desk is terrible. Even the nurse practitioners in the office seem to think they are better than, and have the right to over rule, the doctor in the office. Prescriptions are being written wrong, they try to prescribe the most expensive medicines that they can find and they will reduce a child's needed medication because they don't think the child should take what the doctor has been prescribing for a year!
Now, when you need something done outside of office, such as an appointment for a test or procedure, they will schedule it...eventually... and then you will get the letter in the mail AFTER the appointment has passed. Getting medicine pre-authorized? Good luck! They will do it when they get to it. And then, it may POSSIBLY be done right. Be sure to take it upon yourself to contact your insurance company to monitor the submission and completion of the pre-authorization forms!
They will do anything they can to milk your insurance. I am not even talking in the line of narcotic medicines! They will not write prescriptions for refills on maintenance medicines so that you will have to return to see them EVERY month. And when you do that, then they start ordering this test, or that test, or another test that has already been done multiple times even though there is no medical reason for the test to be done.
I do not like going to the doctor for anything. But I used to be comfortable going to this one. It has gotten horrible! If Dr. Wan would "clean house" and rid the office of the waste it would likely be a good place to go again!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and loved ones. I was very happy with their care and treatment. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.
