Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

My life long dentist retired and I was having terrible tooth pain. My friend recommended Dr. O. I expected the usual rude doctor, rude staff that I've encountered before. But I was overwhelmed with the excellent treatment I received! The staff was so nice and made me feel I was more important than my insurance card - always attentive. They made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly to figure out what was giving me so much pain. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I had a great conversation with one of the patients in the next room about the mellow 70's music that was playing - it took my mind of my tooth sensitivity. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
