They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I was hoping for some advice about how I could prevent tooth decay at home, but they didn't give me any.
