The office manager was the most unfriendly, unprofessional person. I made an attempt to resolve a bill and was talked down to, talked over, and eventually hung up on. I have never been treated so poorly while trying to resolve a claim in the most peaceful way. When I called back and left a message for management to contact me, I was never called. Patients beware...
