Very friendly and knowledgable - got all my questions answered and they worked with me on my insurance and flex spending options. Staff is very efficient and caring towards their patients. Will recommend to family and friends. Has two locations in Bartlett and Saint Charles so I can go to either one, varied hours and days including saturdays.

Dr. Patel and his staff go beyond everything to make your orthodontic experience great! He can truly transform your smile. I would recommend anyone young or old to visit both offices. Reading the other reviews, it seems like people have just over emphasized and came in on a busy day. Everyone has bad days, but you come there for a smile :)

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
