They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Not only are they recommended by other dentists, other dentists are always calling asking for advice. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

Dr. Malcolm is an excellent young pediatric specialist. Dr. Malcolm and his staff treat patients from every walk of life - often including challenging patients that have been referred to him as well as children with special health care needs. His staff is a team of competent and diverse professionals. It's imperative for any doctor to establish control, but parents are welcome to accompany their child during the treatment. They are accommodating and friendly. Dr. Malcolm is a newcomer to the Belvidere area and has been a boon to our community. I am positively delighted with the treatment and care my daughters have received.
