They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. The office was easy enough to find.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
