I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable.

Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.

All of my questions have always been answered to my satisfaction. There is plenty of available parking at their office. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field and I have been seeing Dr. Klass for 13 years. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
