The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I am 54 yrs. old and I have been going to Dr. O'Nan since I was 16. I grew up in Henderson, Ky. but now live n Somerville, In. and I still go to Dr. O'Nana

I became a new patient to Dr O'Nan in 1978 when I became pregnant with our first child. Dr O'Nan is a very caring & understanding doctor - even for the men who have wives suffering with PMS. He takes the extra time to explain illnesses and the procedures & treatments with both the woman and her husband. He's very positive and encouraging to the patient and her whole family. His staff is also good at putting the patients at ease before they get to see the doctor. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. William O'Nan - EXCELLENT doctor!!!!

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
