I had such a great experience - I had been going to the same place from ages 3-21 and so this was my first time on my own insurance branching out and I was a little hesitant because it wasn't my "family dentist" but after my visit, I feel like family! The dentist was the one who cleaned my teeth, not a hygienist, which I felt was awesome. She is very down to earth and genuinely wanted to get to know me and care about me. I will definitely be going back and am very impressed.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.. They did a good job putting them on. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. but they do not treat theire staff nicely the doctor is vey rude to her staff and sometimes to patient's.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

Not at all. Every time I go in they recommend an expensive procedure I don't need
