Unprofessional Dentist with NO MORALE. Ive had Dr Jafri for over 7 years and not a single 1 visit was pleasant. She is always in bad mood, treats patients as if they are worthless. Always yelling and mad at her staff. And thus most of her staff members are like her as well, disredpectful, and unwelcoming. Except for Dr Bob, and one of thr younger receptionist, entire office mistreats patients. This whole office is a bad example of a dental clinic in India...the way they treat villager uneducated patients in india, is how the staff runs the dental office here in America. Dont go there!

I have been to Dr Jafri office for my dental care. I could see the care and service he and all of his staff provide. So I took my Mom there to get her dental work done. My Mom is in a wheel chair and non-mobile. All the staff and Dr. Jafri went above and beyond for her, and made her feel welcome. Awesome staff and Awesome Dr. Thank You sooo much....

When I was younger and more naive I didn't question the dentist and since my mom knew the owner even she trusted her I had very nice teeth and Dr. Jafri decided I needed crowns because of a hairline fracture I had on the front tooth and she decided that I needed crowns for my 2 front teeth. I wish they did that as a last resort, they are too quick to jump to "You need a crown." What about coating it instead which is what other dentists said they would have done? Dr. Bob is the one who did this service and after several years I had to go back because one of the crowns broke. He did new crowns but in the process twisted my gum in front and when I mentioned it, he said your gums were always that way which is a straight out lie. The front crowns were not even the same size because they had to send one back to the lab and when it came back despite there being a difference in size dr bob put it in saying it looks natural, they kept pretending it was perfect. One of the crowns top edge was exposed (because the gum was twisted) a week later I mentioned it again when I had to go back for an exam and was told to brush my gum downward in that area and 2 years later nothing changed, exactly the same. I was never one to complain but I wish I had because this is just unacceptable. I had to go back because the crown Dr. Bob did 2 years ago had an issue. The L8 tooth died and I believe it is because he did a bad job in applying my crowns, I take care of my teeth and never had a dead or decaying tooth and so often the crown is the cause. I didn't blame him at all when I went back but his attitude put me off. I mentioned to him the twisted gum again and said the edge of the crown is still exposed and his reply was my gum was receding, not that he made the mistake of twisting my gum or not placing it correctly, it looks exactly the same as it did when he made the mistake on day one of applying the new crowns, my gum which is not receding according to him is receding. He said it in a very quick and defensive way. This man has a temper, who wants to be a patient of a man who has no patience? I want nothing to do with these people again and because of him I have to get my tooth extracted because I am not a believer of keeping a dead tooth in the mouth.
