Not your typical dental office, but they solved my problem efficiently, professionally and I thought the doctors were great. Negative, be prepared to wait.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Of course, I was there many years ago and the service was exceptionally great, the staff and the dentists. Upon a recent visit, I still had a great visit and will say the office is always crowded...

I was just at this "dental clinic" last week. The waiting room is crowded and cold. The staff....oh the staff! I came across one polite young woman. I had conversations with many others and witnessed their interactions with other patients. As I said, all but one member of the staff was extremely rude. They gave short snippy answers to patients asking questions. They spent more time talking about partying and what they were going to do over the weekend.

*One woman asked a lady behind the desk several times about a quote for her tooth extraction. The lady behind the desk gave her several different prices. She refused to give her a straight answer, finally the woman left.

*Patients that were waiting as long as 3 hours finally got up to leave. They all went across the street to another clinic. The staff went nuts. They all agreed if those patients came back that they would not be seen by a doctor. Merry Christmas!

*I stood by the desk along with 2 other woman trying to ask a question. 3 ladies stood behind the desk and ignored us. They were busy talking about hair products and make-up. I said, "excuse me," at least 4 times before anyone acknowledged me.

Adrienne L., I know exactly who you're talking about. He looks like he's done some time. He smells of cigarette smoke and his attitude stinks as bad as he does!

The exam rooms look like something out of Hostel. I was moved from the room where they take x-rays, which had a broken chair for the patient to sit on, to two different exam rooms. The walls are covered in dirt and dust. They may have been white at one time. Both rooms had disgusting sinks in them. The chairs are falling apart but, they aren't as shabby as the cabinets. I cannot believe this place is allowed to operate in this country!!!! What really took the cake was a jar I saw in one exam room. It was full of clear liquid and TEETH!

This "clinic" doesn't do root canals and they use silver fillings and crowns. I haven't seen either used in over a decade. I thought all dentists moved to white fillings and crowns, so that you're teeth don't look worked on. Old technology for a run-down clinic.

Please, PLEASE, go somewhere else. If you're on medicaid or don't have insurance...save whatever pennies you have and go somewhere else! Try to settle your debt with a payment plan.

Division Dental Clinic is a sorry excuse for a dental clinic.
