This Dentist is very rude and sarcastic. I would give him zero stars if I could.

They never answer their phone, I have to call multiple times just to get Simeon on the phone.

I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place. Dr Covington is extremely rude, and so is his staff. Do your homework on him before you make the mistake of going. Look up his name, that proves my point. Spend your money on service you deserve.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I love how attentive they are here. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Thank you Dr.Covington & Staff ;)

Horrible place. I went today and asked to see if the instruments were sterilized for my two children's exams and was kicked out by the dentist. He said, "I don't have to prove anything to them. Get them out of here."

Here is a great link to show how to check out dentists: http://www.cnn.com/2013/03/29/health/dentist-5-things

I was trying to be diligent in ensuring my children were safe, but I guess the dentist didn't honor that. I figure there must be something they're hiding, so I wouldn't risk going.

I worked for this horrible establishment for all of 30 days. The Dr. Covington is extreamly rude. Please do not have the Doral dental plan through medicaid, then you're really getting treated and talked to like crap. I could even detect racism in his character, not just against all races (including his own), but ages, classes, gender, orientation. This guy is trully a piece of work. He fired me for a more whorish looking replacement. He was already dodging phone calls from bill collectors and Lawyers ( sexual harassement Lawsuit from former employee). I'm surprised he's still in business.

The WORST! THE WORST! THE WORST! DENTIST…. The day I had my appointment was the worst day ever in this office. I waited in the dentist chair for about 1 hour before anyone would come and see me. Yes, I was prepped by the receptionist; however, the dentist himself did not come until 50 minutes later. They barely gave me any information at all. The dentist gave me a checkup and stated that I would have to get on a treatment plan but did not provide any legitimate reasons why. The dental hygienist was not knowledgeable at all and extremely rude. I received a little cooperation from the receptionist that's all. My questions were not answered at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. The dental hygienist nor this person as a dentist didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome, I say this person because he showed no signs of a man. He ran into his office and closed the door without answering any of my questions. I requested to speak with him but he did not show up. He stated that if I did not want to do what he recommended than I can find another dentist. He only made things easy for me because I was not coming back to this location again.
This was the worst dentist and he showed no professionalism at all. How is he able to stay in business?
