I absolutly loved the dentist that i saw, however the receptionist was not friendly or helpful. I had an emergrncy appt, and was told to come back asap to have the work done. I Was sceduled over a month out and given attitude when i protested. I had no idea that this was a teaching location either. I am in severe pain and am losing sleep. Had i known i was going to be treated so poorly by main staff i would have looked elsewhere. If you have a serious issue, look elsewhere.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it.
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly?
Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one

No issues. All of the dentists I have seen here have been extremely competent. The only thing I dislike is that I never get the same dentist as they are a teaching location with rotating resident dentists.

Once or twice, but not enough

No. I still haven't talked to them.
