The doctor and staff make me feel welcome. They are friendly and nice people. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They never cancel their appointments last minute. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They don't return phone calls and have never answered the phone for the last 3 or 4 times I have called them. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
