I took my son here for his yearly school check up. I can't believe that my co-pay was $5 but they charged me an additional $10 to complete the school form. This is extreme fees. They has lost my business. I will be taking my businesss elsewhere. They charging double the fee just to fill out a 1 page paper. Horrible.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough. I feel like my appointment was pointless. I had deep cleaning that left my teeth feeling the same, and the two fillings that I received hurt worst now than before(one of which gave me no problem) . It was suggested that my issues were due to me not coming sooner, when I only recently started having problems. I'm sure this may be an isolated incident, but I feel that Optimum Dental Center is not for ones that have dental fears, this was my worse dental experience...honestly!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
