Not at all, they rushed me out the door

Definitely not, and when I arrived they had forgotten that I had an appointment

No, I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility

No, no one seemed to notice I was there

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

I had to pull teeth for answers they should have brought up to me. Each of the several times I dealt with the office they seemed really disorganized. The dentist was professional and good with kids, but again, I had to lead the questions of things I felt she should have brought up. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was fine face to face, but kind of rude a couple times on the phone...as if I dared to make them do work. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Parking can be a bit difficult. Dr. Terese has been the best dentist I have ever had and I highly recommend her to anyone!
