If you like to be treated in a condescending and patronizing way then this is the "professional" for you. In addition there is no privacy - other patients are 6 feet away and people in the waiting area can hear everything being said.

Was visiting the area from out of state when an infected tooth flared up.Dr Cooney was recommended to me so I called the office and explained the problem.This was after 3;00 and they fit me in.Dr. Cooney saw me and did xrays,prescribed pain medicine to get me through to the next morning.Saw me at 9;30 the next morn. and extracted the tooth quickly and painlessly after making sure I had enough anasthetic.She was very thorough in explaining follow up care both to me and to my husband.she spent a lot of time with us and seemed very concerned about my welfare.I feel the experience was a blessing.

Do not go to this dentist. She has her hygienist do the exams and then bills you for both the dental hygiene work and the dental exam and we did not see the dentist at all. When we called and asked why we did not see the dentist yet were billed as if we did the dental hygiene person said that this is standard procedure and the only people who see the dentist are the people she determines needs to see the dentist. So, essentially, the hygienist is doing the cleaning and billing for that and then doing a dental exam and billing that under the dentist name and charging for that. WE NEVER SAW THE DENTIST. Personally, I believe this is fraud.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered, perhaps too indepth at times - -would've liked to chat less and get more done faster. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was satisfied with my visit. The office was easy enough to find. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.
