The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

Yes
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Yes, I had to wait forever.

Never, they can't even remember throughout my appointment

Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me

I made an appointment and then asked the billing folks how much it would be for an intro visit. I was quoted over 400 dollars- OKAY so what did I get for that? His pat answers are he needs an ultrasound and a stress test- ( at additional cost) Well for those who have co=payments equalling nothing- the insurance is billed- In my case- I pay. I chose to only have one test done-
The MD listened to my heat a total of TWO placements- His staff took a reading of my blood pressure which I thought WRONG- and I mentioned it- The MD did not bother to take a repeat reading-
I have reservations about this fellow being much use to ordinary people- in that the office was chock a block full of elderly- ALL on some subsidized medical programs- being billed large amounts of money and I was not at all happy with my own treatment- I walked in with tests in hand for the file- got yet another test done in office both of which read to me- ABNORMAL- no resolution- which is why I looked online- to perhaps reach his office and ask about-
Not likely- I will soon get the bill and what you want to be it is wayyy over 500 dollars even with my insurances? WIll write again- but Beware of cardio docs-Post-Katrina- at EAST jEFF.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
