I am a dentist myself and I needed to have some cosmetic dentistry done for myself. Knowing the field as I do I wanted to have someone do the work for me who I knew could give me the natural and functional result that I wanted for myself. I could not be more pleased with the end result and now can show my patients the beautiful results you can get with veneers

Absolutely not, they barely looked at my teeth
Is this provider's business conveniently located?
No, its really far from the freeway and other shops
Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions?
Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money
Was this provider's office too loud?
Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise
Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly?
Not at all. They kept making excuses and didn't give it to me for weeks

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

I've been a patient of Dr. Lodding for the past 8 years. I've had a paralyzing fear of dentists my whole life. Thanks to my daughter Jenny McCarthy, the Extreme Makeover show, and my hero Dr. Lodding, I no longer fear going to the dentist. There is a family friendly feeling when you walk in . His staff made me comfortable and relaxed. Maureen and Karen are simply the best ! I'm smiling big these days because of Dr. Lodding. Besides being an expert in his field,he is a caring, compassionate man. To the few of you complainers I say .....REALLY ????

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Never, they are very reliable.

Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied

At first I thought I had finally found the right dentist. He seemed to understand why I felt so self conscious about my smile. He presented himself as cool and hip. He brings in heated aromatherapy cushions for your shoulders, plays his new age music while he tells you all about his Califonia connections and how he was on the makeover show on TV. DO NOT BE FOOLED! He gave me an estimate for what I needed done - over $15,000! Very high compared to many others in the area, but I thought it would be worth it if I looked and felt better about my smile.After he sets you up - he forgets about you and your concerns about your smile. He doesn't care about ANYTHING but the money! He plays on your sympathy, tells you he understands, takes pictures of your ugly mouth - then shows you how you could look after you spend your entire savings account on him. After months of appts and thousands of dollars - I was done. Would have been a happy ending - except that EVERYTHING HE DID either chipped, cracked or fell out!! I had 2 crowns and 2 bridges put in. Shortly after, my front crown broke in half! Then one of the bridges cracked. If that wasn't bad enough, the other back bridge fell out!!! His fix??? He put temporary cement in and said he would put it in permanently when I finished the work on my bottom teeth!!! He wanted to cheat me out of thousands of dollars more! I paid for 2 crowns and 2 bridges - EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM EITHER FELL OUT OR CRACKED. He would not fix them and even charged me $100.00 the day I came in to have the bridge glued with TEMPORARY GLUE! Now I have to pay another dentist for what I already paid Lodding for and didn't get!!! Horrible treatment of people!!!!
