I have been going to Dr. Springer for over a year. Only 1 time was I seen at my appointment time and that was because I was the first of the day. Other than that I have walked out of the office 2 times after a 2 or 3 hr. wait after my appointment time. He is an excellent doctor if you do not mind spending 3 to 5 hrs. of your day in his office for a doctors appointment. I am posting this comment today because I had an appointment for 11AM and arrived at 10:45AM to find him 2-3 hrs. behind and 7 patients ahead of me in the waiting room. I am now looking for a new doctor.

No, but I can always find a seat

There is no comparison!

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep
Did this provider use excessive foul language?
Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
Was this provider's office easy to locate?
Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Never, they are very reliable.
