I went in for a root canal, had to go back next month, he did something ( I don't know what?) Then I had to come back again and he cut my gums with the drill. So now I have an absess that I need to take anti-biotics for before I can go again to finish the procedure, which should've only taken 1 day to complete. Their staff was friendlier with each other more than the patients. But they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle.

Dr. Bellur didn't talk to me or explain anything to me at all. He shoot my mouth with a needle without explaining what he was doing. I thought he was going to tell me what tooth he was going to fill. Instead he just stuck me with a needle. I told him to stop because he didn't explain anything to me. I felt very uncomfortable and left his office. This was about a year ago. I saw another dentist about 2 weeks ago. He gave me a complete examination and exays. He explained everything in detail to me. He said I had periodantal disease, but no cavities. I am very disappointed that Dr. Bellur didn't tell me I had a gum disease. He was quick to fill my teeth, that did not need filling, but over look a serious gum disease. The new dentist said I had good teeth and wondered why I had so many fillings. In the pass I believe Dr. Bellur filled some or all of my teeth that did not need filling. Often there is a long wait before you see the dentist after arriving for the appointment at his office. There is also a long wait to schedule an appointment. Sometimes over 30 days. I am not pleased with his services and will not go back to him again.

Absolutely! It was the perfect temperature
