I was impressed. From the soothing music to the time they spent with me. I definitely knew they took a holistic approach to their service.

I had some medical history questions I wanted to discuss briefly w/the dentist. I did speak w/receptionist she gave me some information about billing. That did not answer my concern. I called back to get a consultation appointment w/them and was told to deal with the receptionist.
Not Cool!
If they could not take 15 minutes out of their day to speak w/me, why then would I trust my dental care with these people.
I will be spreading the negative word in the Southland about this office.
We have many choices in the area.
