The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Dr. Shamlin was very helpful with my Altzheimers Mother, help get her on correct meds.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Their equipment was safe and well taken care of, which really says a lot about their standards of care to me. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
