Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I had a great experience here and will most definitely refer them to others in need of an internist. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Dr. Kenyatta is someone that has treated my grandfather, husband and friends! I was very pleased with my
inital appointment with her, and she's taking care of all my concerns!

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite, however Nurse Michael was very polite. April was very very rude during the telephone conversation.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
