Yes! I was in utter agony for days

Definitely not, and when I arrived they had forgotten that I had an appointment

I wasn't too impressed with the staff.THEY GIVE BAD QUOTES YOU WILL PAY MORE THE DOUBLE EVEN WHEN THEY GET A QUOTE FROM YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY , SOME HOW THE PRICE GO UP. They could have been a lot more friendly. The dentist was friendly enough. They weren't overly nice but I felt comfortable there. I always want records of my dental visits, so I asked them for an invoice. Instead of giving me one right away, they kept making excuses for why they couldn't give me one, and didn't end up giving me one for weeks. I really don't trust them to only recommend dental procedures I need. It seems like every time I'm there they recommend some ridiculously expensive procedure that I know I don't really need. I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience.I went in this office just get my teeth cleaned. When I talk the the person on the phone who made the appointment I told them I just had work don last year. I said That again to the doctor who clean my teeth not one of them told me to bring in my ex rays. So when I got a bill for it I was not very happy when I call in about I spoke to someone else and the said they both should have asked for my x rays and that she would take care of the bill. I was happy about that so I used them for the rest of the work I need done I gave them my insurance information which the lady at the desk look up on line. She put in all the work I need done and gave me a quote SHE SAID ON THE HIGH SIDE IT WOULD BE AROUND $250.00. We'll with that planned all my work out right then and there. I should have know it was to good to be true I paid right around $400.00. When you get a quote you know it will be 20-30 dollars off but they are way off and when you call them about it they hid beside the word quote. If you can not give quotes right then you should not give them at all. I got another bill in the mail say I owed like another $160.00 I called as soon as I got I paid my 20% of my bill every time I went in. She said the the First Lady did not take the x rays off and that when I come to have the filling that was fix on front tooth redone because after 3-4 weeks it fill out. That I would only have to pay $40-$60. So I went in Waited an hoer got the tooth fixed and went to go pay this lady said the bill was still around $160.00. I looked at her and said that this unbelievable that I just call two days ago and was told something different. I went through everything with this lady and she said to pay what the other lady told me to pay. I think I paid around $50-$60 dollars she said she would talk to the doctor. I NEVER GAT CALL OR BILL ABOUT THIS MATER AGAIN. Then today I get a collection notice that my account is bad for $21.60. So I called again and talk to another lady who did not see anything about what was going on the the account so I had to go over everything again only this time the lady I talk to was so rude she would look at my account. Well I have hired that before.

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to
