I went to this provider for a root canal. The staff was very professional, the dentist very thorough in explaining the procedure to me, the office was very clean and pleasant. I would recommend them without a doubt!

They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. just bad business. They make you pay at time of appointment, but don't file insurance claims in a timely matter. They blame the insurance company for not paying in a timely manner, but after talking to my insurance company that is not the case. I have used other dentists and I have never had a problem with the claims not being processed quickly. I over paid twice and each time I had to call for my refund, and then they only paid out twice a month. I only used them because they were on my insurance plan. Will not use them again! It been almost 4 months and I still don't have my refund.
