Our family has seen Dr. Randy's office for over 4 years now. Whenever I make an appointment I'm always confident that they're going to be ready at the scheduled time. Betty, besides greeting you, wears many hats. She gives you reminder calls, which has helped me out, not to mention rearranging an appointment at short notice and never an unpleasant tone in her voice. She also does a wonderful job working with your insurance company and giving you a heads up on what to expect. They also have very good follow-up.

Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. Same thing with the hygienists, always pleasant!

Besides treating me, Dr. Randy is about to take the braces off my daughter. We thought they were going to have to be on for a few years due to a tooth that might have had to get coxed down but yet another doctor and then moved with chains but with careful monitoring and alignment there was no need to do that procedure which saved my daughter major discomfort, a shorter time wearing the braces and yes, unnecessary costs.

I feel they go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. They take as much time as needed to answer any of my questions. I definitely trust them, feel like family with them and recommend them. I feel like they really care about us.
