They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
