I've been a patient of Dr. Fernandez since 1988. We have been through two pregnancies and births, laproscopic surgery for endometriosis, bladder treatment, and a partial hysterectomy. He has always been knowledgable, attentive and informative. I have always felt like my health care is important to him and his staff. He has never made me feel rushed and takes time to answer any questions that I ask.

I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They seemed to have known the basics of my medical history before my examination. They asked the usual questions but didn't go into much detail. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
