Great doctor. She delivered my triplets and I have been going to her for 10+ years. Small office which makes it easier for me to get information. Never any problem with appointments or staff. Dr. Ruhe has a great personality and makes you feel comfortable.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

I had to call them myself to get my results. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. They cancelled my appointment for no good reason and didn't even notify me. Then male medical insurance worker augured and lied to me. I felt ignored. my entire day's schedule was messed up and I left in tears. They were downright degrading and I didn't feel respected at all. Their comments were hurtful.

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office?
Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

No, my appointment started at the scheduled time

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Dr. Ruhe comes highly recommended! I have been a patient of hers since 2008 and would never want another Dr. She is soooooo kind and gentle and she also has a sense of humor. She has a small staff and they are kind also. I never have to wait forever to be seen.
