Dr. Branon ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome.

I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I felt very rushed. He barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me, but paid attention to my bustline. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult, but I would rather go back to LSU ER for treatment than come back to this quack.

Not board certified. When I came up to the window for my appointment he was giving a neck rub to his secretary. how unprofesional is that??? Very arogant. Spent less than 3 minutes with me and didn't ask questions about what I am already taking and then tried to prescribe me the same thing I am already on, same dose and everything. If that medication was working at that dose, I wouldn't have needed to come in for an appointment. No wonder he isn't board certified.

I had heard bad things about him but he was the only one i could get an appointment with. just goes to show all the good doctors are booked up for a reason. I would NOT RECOMMEND this so called doctor!!!!!!!!

By the way, he licks his front teeth repetitively while talking to you and sometimes flings spit onto you. NASTY and DISTURBING. I will not be going back.

Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always feeling uncomfortable. It's very unnerving to be stared at like that and he doesn't seem to recognize appropriate boundaries (sits too close, makes comments that have subtle hints of inappropriateness). He disclosed bizarre personal information which made me feel more uncomfortable. Without a doubt, he is the worst psychiatrist I've ever seen. I can't believe he is still practicing or was even allowed to gain acceptance into a medical school. It was very clear that he didn't take pride in his office's appearance or his own appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting and has weird books in the bookshelf and a really weird stained glass crow in the window. Not to mention, everytime I see him he wears the same clothes and looks disheveled. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I will not be going back to this "doctor" who apparently isn't even board certified.

This was the first time I saw this dr. I had to wait over a month just to get the appt. Once there, I didnt wait at all, I practically went straight back. The Dr. was nice but was also very arrogent. As I was talking, he said "just stop..Ive heard enough". I am sure I had made my point but I didnt just pay him to tell me to shut up. I mean, really?? He lectured me on the medications I was taking. Thats funny because I didnt precribe them to myself. He wanted to change up everything I was taking which is not an option for me. I have Stephens Johnson syndrome. When you find a medicine that works, you dont mess with that unless you want to go to the hospital and lay there in pain because your skin is falling off! What a dumbass! I DO NOT RECOMMEND DR. BRANNON!!

Did this psychiatrist ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No, but they said they were going to!
Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines?
No, there weren't many to choose from
Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions?
Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

I was hoping that the doctor would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, he made it completely obvious that he didn't care about me or what I had been through. They don't offer flexible appointment times at all. I have a busy schedule, and they are almost never able to fit me in at the times I would be able to go. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients.
