I was at work in Morris ILL and googled the nearest oral surgeon as I had 2 cracked teeth that I needed removed. I called the office in morris they did not have any appoinments for awhile so the lady on the phone said she had an appointment out in ottawa for the next day. I took the appointment as I was in terrible pain. I went to the appointment which turned out to be a consultation. I have never heard of such a thing, i said you aren't going to take these teeth out today? They flat out laughed in my face and said no! I asked for a copy of the X-rays that i had just paid for and the lady who made my appointment again laughed in my face and said"its friday @3pm nobody is going take your teeth out",This is just a consultation. They then collected $180 from me and scheduled me for almost a month later. They called to ask me if i could come in 1 hour earlier for my appointment a week before my appt. Never called the day before to confirm, nothing. So I get to the appt at 10am, no hello or hi or anything. @ 10:14 the receptionist called me up and said your total today is... Still no hello just we need payment. my card was ran @ 10:16am and i still hadn't seen the doctor. Finally saw the DR @ 10:45.I was in complete SHOCK. Ive never in my life been so disrespected or made to feel like just a quick buck. The dentist was nice but once he removed the first tooth he said oh no the tooth behind is in really bad shape, worse then the one he had just removed. I paid for X-rays why did this not show up? This experience was all around just bad and I do not or will not recommend going to this place. The dentist seemed like a nice guy, but all the females he has working in there have no place working in a dentist office. They are rude and not people friendly at all. I wish I would have read the reviews before going here!

My husband was referred to this office for a tooth extraction. We have been here with insurance before with our son and we were satisfied. However, being down on our luck with state insurance at the moment the office will not see my husband. And when I requested a referral to someone who does take the card she flatly said she knew no one. I imagine that office gets a lot of referrals on any given day, people in the same boat as us and to not care enough to have a number or give some direction leads me to believe that the other reviewer stating it is all about the $$$ is correct. The lady even raised her voice to tell me that they are the only oral surgeon in town...which all the more reason to assist those in need of oral surgery by giving them a number with the refusal. When we do get our dental insurance back (just caught in between a lay off) we will NOT be returning to this office if we need an oral surgeon again.

They barely gave me any information at all. It is clear from the beginning that they will not even help you unless you have money to give them immediately. They overcharge and the woman who is in charge of the billing is extremely rude. Their nurse is very friendly but noone else there is. I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. My procedure is finished but I still don't know anything about exactly what they did. Not discussed with me before or after. It is all about the money with these people and they are in cohoots with Dr. Durango (who conveniently doesn't pull teeth) and probably other general dentists in the area also. They are ok to use if you need a tooth pulled immediately and you have a pocketful of cash, but otherwise, they will not help you.

Went there for a consultation and they had me go back & forth between their office and my dentist a few times. From one appointment to the next, they changed what my problem was and kept saying I needed more work then what they had said at the previous appointment. Finally they said the doctor wasn't up for working on me, so it was a waste of my time & money!
