The billing staff (insurance coordinator) was rude, impatient, unprofessional & uncaring. They treat their patients with desrespect. I'm sure the AAP & AARP would not condone the way the insurance coordinator treated an elderly person.
Their website advertises good positive communication with patients to meet administrative needs efficiently and smoothly. It was quite the opposite experience once the procedure was completed. The insurance coordinator did not explain or assist with insurance questions. They do not listen to your concerns, or provide helpful solutions. I would NOT recommend going here.
