They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.

Ok, so for starters I'm not big on writing reviews, not because I don't want to, it's just that I am lazy!However, after my experience here, I have no other choice, so here it goes. Dr Hansen & his team rock big time!For starters upon entering, I was greeted by 2 lovely ladies at the giant front desk as well as the most amazing smelling candle I've ever smelled! (They told me where to get it but I forgot.) Anyhow, I am so used to bland dental offices but Dr Hansen's office is the complete opposite that! I requested a toothbrush and they gladly gave me one as well as a cute tube of paste.The bathroom was like a spa bathroom-and I know this will sound funny but it was the yummiest smelling bathroom Ive been in in a while LOL, with another gr8 candle!My last dentist has a bathroom that was so freezing I hated going!! Anyhow,I'm bad w/ names, but a blonde young woman came for me and took my Xrays (she was so sweet & gentle). I read another review about the music and I have to say I was pleased with the variety Dr Hansen is the coolest and so easy to talk to.I hadn't seen a dentist in years and he was willing to answer all of my questions no problem.He even took me into his room to go over my treatment! I have a few fillings and one crown to get done which I'm not even afraid of now. Overall everyone was warm, happy, & helpful. Not only would I give them an A+ as a dental office, but I would say an A+ for a medical office in general. I've been to so many! This tops the list. If you can't tell, I highly recommend this place.I'm sending my friends and family here.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Not only did the crowns, fillings, and veneers I got last for a long time, they lasted way longer than they were supposed to. It was great not having to go in and get them redone all the time. I could tell that they did a fantastic job putting them in. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.

I have had a LOT of work done by Dr. Hansen. He is very gentle, and I always feel comfortable even though I really hate getting work done. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. Even with my kids, he is just great. They always explain everything before they do it, he is very gentle even with a terrified kid. Even though one of my kids hates getting teeth worked on, they all love Dr Hansen and his staff.
