The worst service I ever encounter ..my 12yrs old daughter and I waited 2hrs and 23 mins past our appointment time and still did not see Beverly Hadley...when I ask how much longer it would be? DDS Hadley with the nasty attitude walk by and said I don't know...I got ***** she had no other patience in her office...2 customer had just left the waiting room because of their long wait....she is the most nasty, unprofessional DDS i have ever met....To be serving the black community WHAT A JOKE..never go to her for you dental work....unless you are prepare to deal with a angry black bitter woman..FOR REAL..sign King Solomon F.A.T.A.L

This dentist Has a very nasty demeanor. She does not care about what is best for her patient she just cares about what's best for her pocket $$$$. She will not suggest the best treatment for you. This is a very cold and callous woman

Though I'm sure she does her job correctly, she is seriously lacking in any sort of people skills. Every question I ask is either ignored, answered with contempt, sarcasm, interrupted or a condescending attitude.

Here is just ONE example of my last visit. I have plenty more. When trying to clarify important instructions on the length of time my daughter would bleed due to her extraction, the conversation went like this:

Me: What kind of bleeding can be expected?

Dr: Of course she will bleed, she is human.

Me: Is there a certain amount I should worry about?

Dr: Ignored.

Me: I mean when does it become an emergency?

Dr: As I've told you, she will bleed. She's human. About a 1/4 cup of blood and she should go to the hospital.

Me: When should I expect the bleeding to ----interupted----

Dr: (Raising her voice)You are going to take the gauze out in about an hour to check the amount of bleeding. Anything more than a 1/4 cup is a problem.

Me: I hear what you are saying about the amount. But I am just wondering how long to expect her to bleed for? A couple hours?

Dr: Just check the gauze in an hour for the amount.

Me: Ok, will she continue to spot blood and for how long?

Dr: Of course she will spot blood. She just had her teeth extracted. It may spot for awhile.

Every conversation is drawn out with her. Getting answers to the most basic questions is a chore. Other dentists would have offered all that information before I even had to ask.

In addition to her bad people skills, the punctuality is truely horrid. They schedule two people for the same time even though there is only one dentist. This guarantees that someone will have to wait a considerable time. The last appointment that I had when it appeared we were the only ones there because they just got back from lunch, we still waited a 1/2 hour past our appointed time. I could go on and on. I encourage others who have had difficulties with this Doctor to come forward.
