Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I've had some horrible experiences in the past with dentists and insurance until I found Dr. Thies. His office, his staff, all first rate. The facility is as up to date as any I've ever seen, and his employees are all friendly, caring and very professional. The office is also the CLEANEST you'll find. I'm recommending him to all of my friends.
