I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. I'm usually nervous about going to the dentist, but Dr. William's office and staff make me feel right at home. I feel welcomed the minute I walk in the door, and the remember me and all of my family. I love how they greet us by name before we even open our mouths to say hello.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.
