They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

The staff was very unprofessional. First off, their front desk associate, named Ceclio, is loaded with tatoos and dressed very unprofessional in baggy street clothes. That should have been enough to send me on my way. He screwed up my appointments 3 times and didn't even apologize for wasting my time. The dentist I saw was not even listening to what I had to say about my situation. She was more concerned with doing what she wanted to do rather than my satisfaction. I would NEVER EVER go back to this place and would STRONGLY advise anyone else to seriously consider this poor provider before visiting.

This place sucks, plain and simple. Don't waste your time or money. Went in with a bad filling that needed to be fixed immediately, but the staff didn't communicate it with the dentist and she didn't stick around long enough after telling me I needed a bunch of likely unnecessary procedures for me to tell her myself. Walked out in pain without getting an actual appointment. Guy at the front desk never followed up with scheduling. I'll never go back. After an experience like that I'm not sure they would have been able to do a filling better than what I have already anyways.

This office does not know what they are doing. Red flags went up for me as soon as I pulled into the parking lot. Office was not open 10 minutes before my appointment. Girl taking x-rays was in a super rush. There was only one other patient there, and the doctor said they were 'super busy'. Dentist did not come in to even talk to me until 45 min after appt. time. Office/Bathroom were dirty and smelled bad. No TP/paper towels in Bathroom. Office person is very disorganized, not friendly. I ended up leaving before my cleaning since Dentist made me feel super nervous about her abilities. Think twice before going here!

The dentist and hygenist, very nice. Person (Asulio, spelling?) answering/schedule appt's not very competent. Could not figure out the schedule, would cancel at 10:30pm the night before an 8am appt, saying he messed up but did not want to cancel the other 9am appt. Asked for call back to get re-scheduled, never happened, again I would have to call back. His customer services skills, out the window.
