I have been coming here for a while and that's because I like it. It's got those old fashioned qualities I wasn't able to find at other offices.

Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home

Yes

Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

This is the worst dental office I have ever been to in my life. After leaving work early twice to go there, I left there today with no dental work done. Mind you, this is after I waited there for an hour today. The guy at the front desk can't make an appointment to save my life, they double book everything, and they don't leave enough time to do the necessary work on your teeth. I called initially for a tooth-ache. I told them I was pretty sure I needed a root canal. They told me to come in on Tuesday. I go, and all they did was take an x-ray and tell me that they'll either need to fill it or do a root canal (they didn't even know which one yet. Fine. Sometimes it's hard to tell). So they tell me to come back Thursday. They said if they get in there and can do a regular filling, they'll do that, but if they need to do a root canal, they'll just do a root canal. Wonderful. So I went today and they were running 45 days late... so I left and went back. Then the guy at the front desk tells me that the dentist will do a filling, and then if it hurts in 2 weeks, to go back and do a root canal. I'm sorry, what?? You want me to pay for 2 services and go through all that pain because you don't know what to do? So I talk to the dentist, and they didn't book time for a root canal- just filling. She said if it looks like I need a root canal, she'll put a temporary cap on it, and then I'd go back for the root canal. And then twice more for the crown. They were so rude about it too. When I asked for the x-ray so I can go somewhere else, the guy at the front desk said, "good, we're really busy." The root canal (insurance cost, of course) is only $55. If you're really THAT concerned, give me the option of just paying for the different of the longer treatment and do it all in one visit. This is the most incompetent medical office. I am impressed. If you have an appointment here, RUN.
